Xuegong special glue for honeycomb paperboard lines covers the full honeycomb industry and suits various honeycomb equipment for boards and finished products.
Grades: core-strip adhesive meets core-making start-up speeds of about 10–200 m/min; facing/lamination (compound, stacking) adhesive meets face-board speeds of about 4–30 m/min.
Available for cold-press and hot-press bonding; elastic and rigid film grades; slow-, fast-, quick-, and instant-dry options. Can run with or without heating — heating can be skipped at lower speeds, and heating clearly raises start-up speed when used.
Among the earliest supporting glues developed for China’s honeycomb paperboard industry and a preferred choice after continuous improvement. Key strengths: fast drying with adjustable speed; firm bonding; excellent moisture resistance with anti-corrosion and anti-mildew performance; easy viscosity control; low consumption and cost; natural, green, and readily degradable; smooth, clean board appearance.
