UV Offset Ink

Supplier: Hefei HuiRun Print

UV and LED-UV curable offset inks for high-end cartons and non-absorbent substrates. Instant cure, low VOC emissions, excellent gloss and rub resistance.

Product Overview

UV offset inks cure instantly under ultraviolet light, eliminating the need for oxidative drying and enabling immediate finishing operations. This instant-cure technology is ideal for high-end packaging applications requiring superior gloss, color density, and rub resistance.

HuiRun Print supplies UV offset inks formulated for both traditional mercury-vapor UV lamps and modern LED-UV curing systems. LED-UV inks offer lower energy consumption, reduced heat generation, and compatibility with heat-sensitive substrates like thin films and synthetic papers.

UV inks excel on non-absorbent substrates where conventional inks cannot dry effectively, including synthetic papers, metalized stocks, UV-coated papers, and certain plastic films. The instant cure also prevents show-through and enables faster turnaround for tight-deadline jobs.

The UV ink portfolio includes process colors, spot colors, and specialty formulations for food-contact packaging applications requiring low-migration properties. HuiRun Print provides technical guidance on UV lamp configuration, curing parameters, and substrate compatibility to optimize print quality and production efficiency.
