Xuegong special glue for laminator / paper mounting machine is developed for this equipment. Laminators (also called multiple mounting or face laminating machines) include semi-automatic and automatic types, and suit domestic and imported machines.
Fast drying: instant-dry and fast-dry types typically dry in 5–20 minutes. Full bonding in about 1–5 minutes after mounting; adhesive strength reaches or exceeds white latex.
Material saving: single-side coat weight about 35–45 g/m² at low cost.
Hard film: film hardness is clearly higher than white latex; board stiffness and strength improve, with a mirror-smooth film.
Excellent moisture resistance: clearly better than other starch glues and sodium silicate, similar to white latex — meets cold-storage and humid marine export packing needs. Supplied as powder; typical pack 25 kg/bag.
