Xuegong glue-machine special glue is developed for traditional manual laminating/glue machines for flattening, flute mounting, and related work.
Adjustable drying: instant-, fast-, and standard-dry types typically dry in 20–120 minutes; die-cutting is possible about 20 minutes after laminating. Tack develops in about 3–10 minutes with higher bond strength than ordinary powder glues.
Saving: single-side coat weight about 40–50 g/m². Hard film, good stiffness, no color change, no glue strike-through; board quality can approach or exceed some laminator boards made with poor glue.
Moisture resistance is clearly better than ordinary starch glue or sodium silicate, meeting storage and marine packing needs in humid environments.
Appearance: white or light-yellow powder, odorless; fineness (through 80 mesh) >95%; pH about 7±2; moisture <14%. Typical pack 25 kg/bag.
