Xuegong special glue for corrugated board (corrugator-line special adhesive) is used on domestic and imported automatic paperboard lines and single-facers to produce 3-, 5-, 7-, and 9-ply board, replacing pure starch glue and starch with various additives.
Hard film: after reinforcement treatment, film hardness is high; flat crush and edge crush of bonded board improve clearly. Edge crush rises by more than 10%, fully reaching or exceeding starch-plus-additive adhesives.
Excellent moisture resistance: after moisture-resistant treatment, film moisture resistance is clearly higher than pure starch and close to starch with water-resistant additives, more reliably meeting carton moisture needs in humid environments.
Low gelatinization point: gel point is about 5–6°C lower than common starch. At the same steam pressure and temperature, start-up speed can rise clearly while bonding stays firm.
Strong bonding: firm adhesion means lower dosage — only about 80% of ordinary pure starch glue. Clearly raises board strength and start-up speed, improves moisture resistance, and saves cost.
