Corrugated Board Strengthening Agent

Supplier: Anhui Xuegong

For domestic and imported automatic board lines producing 3-, 5-, and 7-ply board; replaces expensive additives. About 15% higher ECT, gel point ~4–6°C lower; use alone or blend with starch.

Product Overview

Xuegong corrugated board strengthening agent is used on domestic and imported automatic paperboard lines to produce 3-, 5-, and 7-ply board, and can replace other expensive additives.

Strong film: the reinforced special adhesive forms a hard film; flat crush and edge crush of bonded board improve clearly. Edge crush rises by about 15%, hand-feel flat crush also improves significantly — performance fully reaches or exceeds other costly additives.

Excellent moisture resistance: after moisture-resistant treatment, film moisture resistance is clearly higher than pure starch adhesive and comparable to other expensive water-resistant additives, better meeting carton moisture needs in humid environments.

Low gelatinization point: gel point is about 4–6°C lower than common starch, ensuring firm bonding and clearly higher start-up speed.

Strong bonding: adhesive strength is high and meets or exceeds national standards. Lower price — much cheaper than other expensive additives.

Usage: use alone (no extra starch) or with starch — 1 part reinforcing powder with 1, 2, or 3 parts starch equals 2, 3, or 4 parts starch respectively; cook process same as corn starch. Clearly raises board strength and start-up speed, improves moisture resistance, and saves cost.
