MDF Rigid Gift Boxes is a custom converting line from Wenzhou Taishan Printing, not a catalog of fixed SKUs. Programs start from inner size, structure, board, wrap, and a print/finish map.
Lid-and-base and book-style gift boxes built on 1.5–7 mm MDF cores with printed or specialty wrap.
Typical wrap is coated art paper or specialty paper over a 1.5–3 mm grey-board or SBS core, with four-color or spot print, foil, UV, and EVA, EPE, or foam inserts where specified. Approve structure, lid action, and print on production board before bulk.
Submit an RFQ on PackTrades with inner dimensions, style, board caliper, print colors and coatings, foil or UV notes, insert material, quantity ladder, and destination market.
