Product Overview
Kaixin’s color-box line is custom folding-carton converting, not a catalog of fixed SKUs. Each program starts from inner size, dieline, board grade, and a print/finish map—photos of past jobs are references, not reorder codes.
Portfolio work covers electronics and accessory cartons, appliance outer boxes, PET-window display packs, and kraft retail cartons. Use the cases to judge finishing quality, window construction, and print style before you issue an RFQ.
Board is typically SBS, FBB, coated recycled, or kraft in the 250–400 gsm class. Call out GSM/caliper, grain direction on critical scores, food-contact needs if any, and whether bulk board may differ from the proofing sheet. Window cartons need PET or similar patch film specified with the blank, not after print.
Print runs on in-house KBA full-size and Komori 4/5-color offset presses (sheet sizes from 280 × 360 mm up to 1020 × 1420 mm). Finishing covers lamination, die-cutting and creasing, window patching, foil, and automatic folder-gluer forming. Approve color and score-crack risk on production board at production speed—not only a hand-folded showroom mockup.
Sampling path: white/structure sample for fit and fold → printed sample for color and finish → pre-production when windows, foil, crash-lock, or auto-bottom styles are involved. Freeze the dieline before plates; verbal size tweaks after approval are a common first-order failure.
An RFQ that buyers can compare should include inner/outer size, style, board grade/GSM, print colors and coatings, foil/window notes, quantity ladder, packing method, destination, and Incoterms. Production is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certified in Pinghu, Shenzhen.
