Where die-cut boxes earn their cost

Die-cut mailers, self-locking shippers, trays, and fitted packs can reduce void fill, improve presentation, create retaining features, and speed assembly. They are useful when product geometry is irregular, retail-ready opening matters, or a dedicated packing line benefits from consistent locating features.

Compare protection, not appearance
